Masjid is $20 per month, Maktab is $30 per month (up to 50 active students, then $1 per extra active student per month) and the Bundle with both modules is $45 per month. All prices are in AUD and billed monthly.
Yes. MasjidPilot includes a 14-day free trial with no card required. You can choose a plan after your trial.
No. You do not need to enter card details to start the 14-day MasjidPilot trial. Card details are only needed when you subscribe.
Maktab is $30/month and includes up to 50 active students. Additional active students are $1 per student/month and are added to your next monthly invoice. Example: 70 active students = $30 base + 20 × $1 = $50/month.
Only active student records count towards billing. Archived, inactive, waitlisted, rejected, draft or past student records do not count.
Yes. You can add or remove modules any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Our published pricing is already sized for masjids and maktabs as non-profit community organisations. For large multi-branch organisations, get in touch and we'll work with you.
Your data is stored securely in managed infrastructure with encrypted backups. You remain the owner of your data and can export at any time.
Your modules pause until you choose a plan. You can still access billing and settings to subscribe.
If the Masjid module is not active after the trial, public display screens pause until the organisation chooses a Masjid plan.
