Quran, Qaidah & Hifz progress tracking for maktabs

Give teachers a simple way to record Quran recitation, Qaidah lessons, Hifz revision and curriculum objectives alongside their daily class register. Keep detailed learning records without forcing every subject into a book.

  • Record lesson portions for individual students
  • Reuse book setups across different classes
  • Track curriculum objectives independently of daily lessons
  • Include learning progress in student report cards

From books and curriculum to daily lesson records

  1. 1

    Set up subjects and books

Administrators create reusable books and subjects such as Qaidah, Quran reading, Hifz or Islamic studies. Configure the lesson reference style to suit the material.

  2. 2

    Choose the class teaching setup

Assign a book and, separately, curriculum objectives to a class. A general teaching plan can exist without a book, and a book can be used without a curriculum.

  3. 3

    Record each student's lesson

From an assigned class, the teacher records what a student studied today. Daily lesson portions and formally assessed curriculum goals remain separate.

  4. 4

    Bring learning into reports

Administrators can include recorded learning progress in report cards, showing lesson information alongside assessed goals and comments.

Qaidah and Quran reading

Use different books and lesson reference formats in different classes. Record a student's current portion while retaining their earlier learning history.

Hifz and revision

Record memorisation or revision portions per student, rather than treating the whole class as being at the same point. Teachers keep the context of individual lessons.

Curriculum without a book

For Islamic studies, duas or other subjects, build curriculum objectives directly. Passing a daily lesson portion does not automatically mark a curriculum objective achieved.

Progress that stays useful

Student learning reports distinguish the latest lesson records from assessed curriculum goals. Published reports preserve the snapshot captured at publication.
